Step 1: Upload Your Logo and Add Your Notes

When you place your order on Rugster, you will find a file upload field and a design notes box directly on the product page.

Upload your logo file — any common format works — and use the notes field to tell us anything specific you have in mind. Prefer different colors? Want text added or removed? Note it there and our team will take it into account.

Step 2: Our Artwork Team Prepares Your Digital Preview

Within 1 business day of your order, our artwork team gets to work. They take your logo, apply it to the exact mat and size you ordered, and produce a realistic digital mockup showing you precisely how the finished mat will look.

This is not a rough sketch — it is a detailed visual representation of your actual product.

You will receive this preview directly to your email.

 

Step 3: You Review and Either Approve or Request Changes

Once you receive your preview, you are in control. You can:

• Approve it — and we move straight into production
• Request changes — color adjustments, logo repositioning, adding or removing text — anything that does not look right

We go back and forth until you are completely happy. We do not proceed to production until you have given your explicit approval. No surprises, no guesswork.

 

Step 4: Production and Delivery

Once you approve your mockup, we begin production. Your mat is manufactured to order and delivered to your door.
