You will see your mat before we print it.
Place your order and within a day we'll send you a digital preview — exact colours, exact proportions, exactly how it'll look at your entrance. Not quite right? Change it. As many times as you need. Nothing gets printed until you give the final go-ahead.

01 Can I see it before it's made?
Yes. We send a digital proof of your exact mat — your logo, colour, and size — and you revise until it's right. Nothing prints until you approve it.

02 What file format should I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, or AI files all work. Vector files (PDF, AI, SVG) are best because they scale perfectly. If you only have a low-res logo, send what you have and we'll let you know if it'll work.

03 How long does delivery take?
Cyprus: 2–3 weeks from approval. EU: 5-10 days from approval. We don't start production until you approve the digital preview, so the clock starts then — not at order placement.

04 What's covered under warranty?
2 years against fading, edge fraying, and backing failure. Normal wear and tear isn't covered (these are doormats, after all). If something's wrong with how the mat was made, we replace it.

05 How do I clean it?
Vacuum regularly, and hose or extract it for a deeper clean, then hang it to dry. It's not for commercial washing machines. The PET fibre is naturally stain-resistant, so daily upkeep is light.
