Production and delivery times are counted from the day you approve your preview. Most EU countries receive their mat within 3–7 days. Cyprus deliveries take 2–3 weeks.

Any format works — .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg, .png, or .jpg are all fine. Just send what you have and we'll take care of the rest at the preview stage.
04I have a recessed mat well in my floor — can you make a mat to fit?
Yes. If your entrance has a built-in recess where the mat sits flush with the surrounding floor, get in touch with us before ordering. We'll guide you through measurements and the right specification so the mat fits properly.
